Ok I am having problem with the loaded objects from another map and that is they are loaded underneath the terrain and when you select these objects one by one and use the snap to terrain tool they get misaligned hence things look messy when you play the map , is there any way to select all the loaded objects at once so that when you use the snap tool they don't get misaligned , I have tried using the select all option but still not working you have to select groups of items one by one Sad

Dude i showed how to do that in my basic and aianchors tutorial. Select snap to terrain before you spawn object, but dont select left option (dont remember the name) or your objects fucked up. If you want spawn inside the building - pick snap to object. To select multiple objects and move as group - hold left mouse button and highlight objects group you want. If some minor objects, like small lighting bulbs not highlighted, then hold ctrl and use lmb on them. You can move whole group now.

This method is not working when you load a previously saved object from a different map , and when you load it even if you have snap to terrain tool pressed and other tools unpressed it still loads beneath the terrain , I load the castle from omerta in to the template map and upon rearranging things get misaligned , but after careful consideration of selecting group of items one by one (brushes , portal ,visarea) I manage to aligned them as close as possible but the result was far from perfect because upon entering a door it shows weird stuff for a second and then loads up interior.
How to aligned the whole castle ?

I'm having trouble adding guns to NPCs. I create new EquipmentPack templates and they don't seem to save when I click OK. I'm currently testing out a patrolling military policeman with a Thompson M1. He walks fine, but he doesn't have a gun on him. I can see there's an option to import and export EquipmentPacks as a shadvs file. How do I give an NPC a gun?

I don't have editor right now with me, but you have to first select weapons in slots then click some Add or New button where you specify equipment pack name. They won't be saved by ok button. By ok button you just select and assign equipment pack name to NPC.

Alexey can you tell me how to load objects (previously saved objects from different map ) on terrian and non underneath it? I selected the snap to terrian tool before clicking the load button.
